So why the lack of good TE's since then?

actually we have prob 3 of the best TE's in the country, Smith is good, check out dickson's catch and run vs Arkansas last week and Stokley can hold his own with both....simple fact is they need someone to throw it to them, we have that person on the bench...

Richard Dickson by production. We have good te's but they won't throw to them.

70% Shotgun, up tempo. base three WR set, some two TE sets with Washington and Smith lined up in the slot. Five wide with Dupre, Quinn, Chark. Dural, and Guice (speed package). Read option from shotgun with Guice or Quinn on an end around with Fournette, Williams, or Ducre in the backfield (Ohio state and Wisconsin kill with this). Five wide Spears, Washington, Smith, Ferguson, Dupre (big package)

Are we hiring a new HC? Until then, we can only see things like this in our dreams or playing video games. ESPECIALLY with our current QB

I put a water pump in my boat in case of rain or a big wave getting water inside. I have never used it so I cannot say if it is really good or not.

I have no plans to use it.

How are you judging the position, blocking or pass receptions. Les Miles does not use the TE in the passing attack.

Well we almost had a good one when Dak Prescott came to LSU's camp and our coaches lined him up at TE.

Production in the offense by catching passes. I mean, I know blocking is a part of the tight end's job, but I'm thinking more in terms of making plays in the passing game.

Can't remember his name but what about the TE fro Many that Les dismissed a couple seasons ago. He already made it to the NFL.

"One of the top pass-catching tight ends in the nation as a senior at Barbe High School in 2012 who has the ability to split outside and make plays down the field"

DeSean Smith Bio

Again, the non-use of this guy just bamboozles me.
