dehydrator for jerkey question

are these things safe? Will i get the ecoli and die for using it for jerkey? Does it kill bacteria? im serious

I used to use mine all the time. I never had any issues.

ive used mine alot with steak meat cut up... but this is first time with ground meat and used the jerkey gun
