Don't know what is open for Sunday dinner but Vincent's, cypress, cafe B, chateau du lac, Acropolis, Andy's Bistro, Legacy kitchen are some of the better non chain places

Sunday is always tough. Not sure if it is open, but, Café Equator is always a great call.

I've been there about 12 times and the Pad Thai is the best I've had from the Thai places I've been to.
Their authentic menu curry is great too.
