The Lakers' offense the last 8 minutes has been almost unwatchable. No plays other than isolation, and the occasional Lin/Kobe pick and roll that leads to a Kobe iso.

I disagree. You put him on a team with a few decent players and he will become far more efficient. I think there's teams out there who would take him on for a year. Some team who may be on the verge of being a contender. Not exactly sure who but someone.

It doesn't kill y'all, but it would kill any real roster.

And we still have cap room starting this off season to go and make a major signing. As crazy as it seems, we will have room to make a big signing to pair with Julius randle and a top 5 pick

I think you guys will get Love, but you won't win anything for real until Kobe retires.

Well considering Kobe is probably retiring after next year it looks like you have a decent chance at being right. Even though the Lakers are in a fairly decent place to rebuild

So almost two years from now. That's a long time. And it's not like a couple of moves will make the Lakers the West favorites.

The Lakers/Kobe embarrassed the game of basketball for last 10 minutes of this game

who said it would? But you pair Julius randle with a top 5 pick, another first round pick from your team, and then go pick up a major signing, and the Lakers have a decent chance of having a pretty good rebuild

Ty Lawson has 16 assists. The Lakers have 15.

Can you really blame anyone for thinking that would work?

People also forget how good that team was after the new year

Kobe is not an asset to a team because he still thinks he is a #1 option. Some players (Vince Carter, Tim Duncan, Grant Hill, etc.) know how to change get their game as they age. Kobe does not.

The Grizzlies have more wins than the Lakers, Cavs, and Thunder combined. Just let that sink in.

Well he is on that Laker team. Doesn't mean he wouldn't be amendable to change if he went to a team where he was the second or third option.

I'm just saying it's not impossible.
