Pension and Healthcare liability indicative of our poor state leadership

This is really a shame. 19%of our GDP goes to this.
Compare that to Arkansas or even Mississippi and you see how bad we have punted in these two areas.
How can we spend the money we spend on things and let such a burden grow on taxpayers??/
