I'm not going to read this entire thread so my question may have already been answered. Were they parked where they should not have been parked or were they parked in a public parking area?

I got towed out of a visitors spot a few years back. I took pictures of the tire marks where they yanked it out of the visitors spot and they refused to look at them.
They also refuse to give change. What the frick kind of awful, shitty human beings don't give change after they steal your property and then hold it ransom? Truly the scum of the earth.

Riverside towing does not have to treat people like garbage when they go to get their car out of impound, but they do. they are the bottom of the barrel tow company that cannot tow from accident sites.no other tow company employs the business practices the Riverside does. They have an atrocious reputation for good reason. their towing illegally parked cars is far from the only problem with them. You few who are blaming people for parking wrongly are only seeing a very small part of the situation. It really is surprising that someone hasn't been killed over their abuse.
Eventually their clock will be cleaned. They have earned it on a repeated basis. You few blaming the owners of the car being towed are typical:you don't know what you're talking about but that's not stopping you from yammering on. Do some research.

Yet, at the same time Riverside Towing has been investigated by the police and been found to be in violation of the law multiple times.
This isn't just a case of idiots getting towed and trying to find someone to blame for their own stupidity.
