If Martin doesn't wake up and realize he doesn't shoot well outside of 10 feet, nothing will change for him. He's almost unstoppable when he puts it on the floor and heads to the basket. He can post up smaller defenders. His offensive game needs to be in the paint.
Once he accepts this, he'll be so much better.

It is a bit early to make too many qualified statements of disater for this team, ididually and as a whole.
They should be allowed the benefit of the doubt to correct and progress. But some issues, like defense and shot selection, seem to be the same issues. These are the ones that need to be addressed now and with urgency.
