As I get older (and hopefully more mature) the only thing that I can really get pissed off about is militant Islamists and their defenders.

I miss the Archie Bunker/George Jefferson days.
I laughed at Archie's prejudice, and I laughed at George's.
These days people take shite too seriously.
There is still and always will be prejudice.
It currently does not prevent anyone with the will to achieve from achieving.
The best way to handle it is to laugh about it.

Yes, it's a known fact that whites enjoy being physically threatened, harassed and verbally abused by blacks. It makes us feel a little easier about all the racial injustices our grandparents inflicted on blacks.

I had a job working in very poor, predominantly black neighborhoods a couple years ago. I was called every name in the book to my face. Honkey, cracker, white devil, white temptress. I had chicken thrown at me. It was awful. I was shocked. Lasted 3 weeks.

Add to that Sanford & Son, it was so great on both sides (black and white). Too bad those days are gone at this time. Maybe we will get them back some day?
