Sure. That can be accomplished through drones, CCTV, and some human patrolling.

The Great Wall of China was at one time 5,500 miles long and 52 feet tall. IF some hut dwelling Chinese peasants could build that over mounatinous terrain over 2000 years ago, one would think we could complete something similar.

People who say a fence is not feasible are not very intelligent.

The fence isn't what stops people from getting in, it's the security

And patrolling 6,000 miles of fence is just a tad harder than patrolling the white house
