In New Orleans... Have a wedding to go to tonight and I'm hoping to beat traffic and get out there a little early and grab a drink and some food.

TIA

Ralph's has 1/2. They have some good apps but only carry a moderate selection of bottled beer, no draft.

What does Pearl do? Only been there once for a couple minutes.

Bulldog has the best beer selection.

Although if food is important I would go to Toups Meatery and sit at the bar. Order a local beer and meat board.

It's a wine store in the American Can. They do have a bar with some beers like Bishops Barrel you can sip on. Sometimes live music.

Thought I remembered seeing food, but that could have been brought in from outside.

I don't think Pearl Wine serves food, but they do (or did for some time) have a food truck out there on Fridays.

A beer and a meat board at Toups is a good suggestion. Bulldog would be the best place for a beer.

Good suggestion. Even take it outside if the weather is nice.

By the way, the balcony above Toups looks like a killer setup. I selfishly wish they seated up there instead of use it for their own personal use.
