Looking to buy a drone with an HD camera and is easy to operate, my budget is $1000-$1500. Any suggestions or advice is greatly appreciated.

Once you get it, fly it over T4's house. His wife & her sister tan their knots in the backyard on a regular basis. Have it follow his neighbor when he drives off into the country in his unmarked sedan.

The Phantom

My neighbor has the a Gen 1 and it is absolutely sick how fast and accurate the GPS system in it is.

Hoping Santa brings one home to me this Xmas even though I think it's a bit out of his (her) budget.

Buy gopro, start recording, and throw it off something really high.

The Phantom is the common noob buy if you don't really know if you want one. I suggest buying a step up and usually recommend a 3D robotics Y6 as a good stable start point if you are serious about it.

My brother bought the quad with gopro camera. Purchased 7 batteries since they run for about 15 min each. He used it at the LSU Alabama tailgating this year. Total investment is about $1500 because of the batteries.
