45? We can score 45?? We would have to run for 450 yards to score that many points with 4 to 5 completions

Have you seen Marshall play? Our defense and special teams would score 21 points.

As bad as LSU is this year, they still have one of the most athletically talented teams in the country, just very young. Marshall couldn't keep up with an SEC team like LSU and we would blow them out

shite the defense would eat that team alive. That team really has no defense so we can run the ball to 35-45 points. Hell, that would be the perfect game for Harris to start.

I know they have a beast RB and Cato, but we haven't allowed more than 137 yards on the ground, or 209 yards through the air in five weeks.

LSU after four weeks of practice, lose to Marshall? You do realize playing Bama the week before had something to do with that loss right? Half of the OL being shuffled around didn't help either.

We put 34 on Kentucky on offense alone through 3 quarters. I'm pretty sure we can hang 35-45 on Marshall's defense.

I respect that Marshall has consistently blown out teams, but the schedule is beyond awful. People were complaining about my undergrad school (UCF) last year, but we at least had wins @Penn St (7-5) and @Louisville (12-1) and a 3-point loss to SCar (who finished #4). I wasn't too surprised when we beat Baylor, but I was surprised that we ran away with it.

That's the great thing though, you never really know how good any of the teams in CFB are. No one gave UCF a chance (ESPN experts were hilariously wrong), Louisville over Florida, TCU over Wisconsin, Boise over Oklahoma, Utah or Alabama, etc.

I'd rather see Colorado St (9-1) get the bid if they win out. They've at least got some decent wins against Colorado, @Boston College, and some of the better MW teams.

Wrong. Both Marshall and Duke never got the memo that they're supposed to lose.

The worst comment was near the end where she said the SEC West isn’t as good as we thought they were. What? The SEC West has 52 wins and 20 losses. Of the 20 losses 17 are to other SEC West teams. The other 3 losses were to SEC East teams. There are no losses out of conference. So the SEC West isn’t as good as she thought they were? How good does the west have to be to lose less games to themselves?

they do know the SEC West HAS to lose 21 games right?
we play each other 21 times, so the BEST we can do as division is lose 21 games.

All I can tell is that Heather Dinich shouldn't try to glam it up, she looked better before.

what team on their schedule was Marshall supposed to lose to?

the best team on their schedule is 6-4.

they have played 1 team with a winning record.
Their opponents record is 73-122

We have BEATEN more top ten teams than they have PLAYED teams that have winning records.

Oh and Rice, 6-4. Guess how many teams with winning records they have played.

Its 4.

Guess how many wins they have over them.

Why shouldn't they think that. LSU has no QB. None. Hard to win if the most important position is functionally vacant.

well we have won 7 games without one.

They wouldn't be our hardest game. They wouldn't come close to being our hardest game

As is, we have a better record than anyone they have played. And we did that playing in the SEC.

They are undefeated because they play bad teams.
