If Cooks would've fair caught he'd still be playing so expect more of those.

Atleast he didn't punt a few muffs

that'll get you 6 games for a 1st offense... lifetime banishment for the 2nd

sidenote... I seem to remember someone showing out on kickoff/punt returns during the preseason though I can't remember the name right now (was it Morgan?)... anyone else remember this?

Why is a fourth round pick from the latest draft on the market?

Good question. Certainly not because the hawks are deep at starting WR. The loss of Tate has really cut down Wilson's options this year.

Apparently he didn't make a big splash. I read that he was drafted by the Jets. We got him off the Seahawks pratice squad. Hopefully, he figures it out with the Saints. If nothing else...he has potential

Who was the guy who had that one crazy run back not this past preseason but the one before, then didn't make the team?

This has to signal the end of him, right? Another wasted draft pick.

OU highlites.

Looks very good at returning punts.
Seems to be a a cross the middle type mostly running through zones. Didn't see much press on him either. Hands seem OK as most of the throws are into his body. Except for punts seems to be a project as he might be having a hard time adjusting to man coverage. Has 4.42 speed. Ship!

Dont think signing really matters. Just gives Payton another reason to fire McMahon at the end of the season

Just a fill in for Cooks. I really liked him in college.

Jets(John Idzik) gave up on him too early. Was drafted to be the main returner, was benched after a rough patch of catching the ball on returns. They felt they needed his spot for more used band aids to fix the team, so they cut him.

He was a luxury they felt they couldn't wait on, had no plans this year to assimilate him into the offense.

One of the reasons, at least I hope, that Idzik is looking for a new job next year. He got them out of cap hell, but everyone questions his football sense. Decided to use all 12 draft picks instead of making a trade up. Ends up cutting several of them.
