FBD / Saddlebock Brewery Lost Bridge

I'm not a big fan of the rauchbiers, but this isn't terrible. Slight slight smokiness and a dry almost wine-like texture. Touch of molasses gives it a little depth. Interesting .. wouldn't seek out though.

Opened up the De Molen/Anchorage Mud & Funk. It was better suited for a salad dressing. Expensive drain pour.

Stone Go To IPA as a palate cleanser.

Now a Cantillon Bruocsella Grand Cru. Much better.

Hope you enjoyed it. That probably has the lowest production of their regular line-up (aside from blabaer). Some people are taken aback or off-put by the lack of carbonation. I had one recently that was bottled in March that I got from the brewery and thought it was wonderfully complex and flavorful. Can't wait to try one from this batch. Supposedly they age great.

Indeed. Get my # from one of these clowns. I'll come out for a beer if you're drinking.

This is one of the best I've had from Cantillon. At least of the limited bottles we get here. Hang on to the ones you have. I'll drink the rest of this one tomorrow.
