Funny thing is, the brewpub has 2013, not 2014... I politely informed them that I don't need 2013... I'm pretty damn sure those frickers have some in the back, somewhere...

I had a 2012 on Stout Day a couple weeks ago. While it's hard to say it was disappointing, it just didn't live up to some other imperial stouts that aren't as tough to come by. Found it to be kind of thin with a bit of soy sauce to it.

No. But I think I like the Black Butte anniversary beers more than I do Abyss. Maybe I need to try it fresh. I've always had it past the drink after date.
