Miss Honduras found dead

Don't know if you guys have been following this.
19 year old Miss Honduras (who is scheduled to compete in the miss world beauty pageant) and her 23 year old sister go missing last Thurs. They found the bodies today.
Miss Honduras gone
Here is the POS that is suspected. He appears to be a narco. His brother was assasinated in a hit just last year. What does the OT recommend as punishment?

Well if you go to Roatan or any of the other Bay Islands, you should be fine. All the drug violence is in the mainland.
