As a Pacers fan, it sucked because that was our best chance to win a title.

Players went into the stands, but then fans came onto the court. It was cray after that.

Always loved the guy laughing then quickly changing his expression to "oh shite" as Ron Artest incorrectly goes after him.

The thug-wannabe that rolled on the floor acting like he was ready to fight, and then got popped by O'Neal deserved what he got.

My favorite part was Sjax untucking his jersey and straight up challenging Rip Hamilton.

Dude was ready to take on all challengers that night.

One of the sharpest memories I have is of this day. I was finishing dinner at a sports bar in Los Gatos with an old girlfriend...pretty sure it was a weeknight. I wasn't even paying attention to the game. Then, I glance up at a far off tv right as Artest runs into the stands. I stood up and yelled "HOLY shite!" and watched the rest of it. My gf was pissed because I wouldn't leave.

Also, I wish Austin Croshere was still playing...after that night, I always called him "Big Spoon"

Thanks for linking that, what a great read. People rarely seem to blame the refs for what happened. And I had no idea that Donaghy was working that game.

Stephen Jackson is living proof you can take the man out the PAT but you can't take the PAT out the man. What a beast
