The GJ meets this morning. This is likely the last time they will meet until the beginning of December with next week being Thanksgiving.

We've heard from everyone involved in the case that its close and preparations are being made, so today would seem like the day

Even if its not announced, the Jury decision will be made today. I would think with the other info that has been leaked by people close to the case that we will know even if the DA doesn't announce it. I'd imagine the DA will try to hold it until the weekend, because that would allow all next week for kids to be out of school and not have to deal with the BS.

Good morning e-son. I heard one pundit say yesterday that even if a decision is reached, the jury could delay its decision to announce it for up to two weeks. This shite is being way too drawn out, imo.

Why would I be? This board overall is 100x more concerned with what happens in Ferguson than I am.

I hope so. That way this story will just go away. News needs to stop reporting on this and focus on more important things like the Freedom act, which barely got any air time prior to the failed vote.

Today would be a good day, it's too cold for them to be rioting for very long.

Unless of course they decide to burn the town down for the warmth. Place your bets.

Maybe not the right word choice. Concerned means you care. I think most on here really don't care what happens. What happens, happens.

Infatuated might be a better word.

I wouldn't think they would go past the weekend, because then they run the risk of screwing up Thanksgiving... to me, Thanksgiving is far more important than a bunch of dumbass protesters.

Them letting this fester is ridiculous. Takes government a lot less time to mobilize what they need to handle a riot than it takes for rioters to trickle from other areas.

"No charges" will be total disaster. Unless they have immediate video to release. A video of Brown pummeling this cop. Was his toxicology report clean? Weed does not count. Weed laced with shite does count. I have never heard? The claim is/was that the cop had facial fractures? Why have photos not leaked of a beat to shite face? Zimmerman's fricked up melon was displayed in photos.

I understand judicial proceedings need to happen, but the absolute lack of any info whatsoever is bad too. There is a fear in reporting anything on the part of any credible news source. Fear from looking like they are picking a side.

If I were in Saint Louis I would be planning a holiday vacation.

Anyone familiar with the area? Ferguson APPEARS to be a shithole suburb. Is this correct? All TV images are awful and a quick google maps look is no better.

I saw the black police chief, state trooper, whatever guy last night say that busloads of people were arriving in Ferguson. Also said out of the 19 "demands" the protesters presented, the cops could work with them on about 12 of those requests. He didn't look like a happy camper imo.
