It has really picked up IMO.

The cliches are toned down and they are letting the cities locations speak for themselves in the episodes.

It's usually the 3rd or 4th highest rated show per # viewers so somebody is watching that isn't me.... I don't like shows that have new story arcs for every episode.

also, the show is a little better now. they seem to have given up on most of the fake accents. it's pretty cool seeing places that you're actually familiar with.

the prison break bus crash was filmed along a stretch of road i traveled almost every day for years.

I like the fact that not everyone tries to force a "New Orleans" accent...which most shows and movies get wrong by trying to make everyone sound cajun. I enjoy the show for the most part.

they did in the beginning but, they have toned that down lately.
