How many think we win last week if we beat Bama?

I feel like I watched a team that had lost hope and had little to play for last week. We looked uninspired to say the least. I can't help but think that if we beat Bama, we only have two losses and a chance to win the west and go to the playoffs.

It's crazy how 1 or 2 plays can change the course of a season.

We definitely win. The team looked uninspired to me last week and that was a big factor

I still think Arky wins. Arkansas had everything in their favor.

I think we win, and i think we play much better.

Obviously that is a classic trap game
We came off a devastating Loss where the players probably felt robbed
and we were playing a good team that has been on the cusp of really breaking through, at home, in freezing cold weahter.

Arkansas had everything to play for, and we weren't all there.

It doesn't matter. Arky kicked our arse.

Basically Bama made LSU's arse quit for the rest of the season.

Well, no shite, but that's not the point of the thread. The point of the thread is that 1 or 2 plays is the difference in half of the threads on the rant calling for Miles's head and half the threads on the rant asking what we need to happen to be going to Atlanta and possibly a playoff game.

So one or two plays in the bama game excuses the arse kicking in the arky game?

I'm not making excuses for anyone. Where in any of my posts did I make an excuse or say that the way the arkansas game turned out was okay? All I did was make an observation.

under the same circumstances missing Alexander, and Porter getting injured early in the game. It may have been a little closer, but we would have still lost. It took almost half the season to get the right players in the right positions where we could effectively run the ball. With 2 players basically out of the Oline we were fricked whether we'd beat bama or not.

nah, i felt we would lose to arky. They were so close and we are their superbowl. i saw it coming. not 17-0 but shite even if we kick two fgs we probably still lose 10-6.

I say no because last year the team had a bye before A&M and got up to play Manziel and got a big win. The next week they came out and played uninspired with Arkansas looking for their first SEC win. LSU will never play with Arkansas' intensity no matter what until the culture is changed towards the piggies.

This. People are also forgetting that LSU had two really emotional games this year. They poured everything into those two games. It's hard to get back up after that, even if you win both.

I feel the same way all hope was lost on saturday night. No leadership just looked like we didn't care. But, I think we beat texas a&m and win bowl game then have momentum going into next year. It was a down year but things will get better GEAUX TIGERS anyone agree????
