The result of this shooting is similar to the thread about the person suing Keltec after blowing his hand off.

There are two looming things to me when watching the video:

1. Obviously there is no right to carry in NJ so would them having illegally possessed a firearm have been a charge against them?

2. Suing the mall does nothing. The wife and her lawyer say there are no police, no security, etc. It is very difficult for people in those brainwashed states to realize that only YOU are responsible for your safety.

Yeah remington just laid off another 100+ employees in NY state... Its a union shop they blame it on the NY safe act who knows who cares, its a damn shame people CHOOSE to live in a place where your not allowed to protect yourself or your family. Its their choice but with the taxes and NY state job loss the state has gone from 1st to 4th in population while como has been gov.
