Damn .. I couldn't imagine going through something that would make me want to do that. I seriously pity those who get to that point.

I remember reading an article about it a couple of years back I believe. I think it was posted here. His now wife saved him from himself if I'm remembering correctly.

May or may not be related, but the same article mentioned that Monty had been sexually abused as a child.

At ND he was diagnosed with the same heart problem Hank Geathers had. He sat out a couple years and that probably messed him up.
