One more season of RG3

And then the Skins can cut their losses and start over.
If by year 3, you still can't read a defense, you'll probably never figure it out.
The only reason a QB would take 15 sacks in 4 games is that the QB doesn't know where to go with the ball.

I really think that QB is what is holding this team back more than anything else.
The D is adequate to good, but all the sacks and ints kill everything on offense.

Yep. When (or if is more appropriate) they win, he loves to talk about how he's the leader and it all starts with him.
When they lose, it's like today, "everyone" has to play better.
And the "face of the franchise" shows up for the presser wearing a ridiculous winter hat with full ear flaps. He's one of the biggest attention whores I've ever seen and even I was surprised by his outfit today.

As a Bucs fan it felt really good to see another NFL team with a QB who is worse than ours.

Oline needs fixing but has been awful for the last 15 years. We need some fricking DB's. Mike Evans straight up abused the redskins db's.
Gruden just doesn't seem like a motivator of men as a head coach.
Why the frick Haslett has a job still is beyond me. I don't get mad I just laugh.
Only players that should stay are Kerrigan, Morris, D-jax, Garcon, Riley, Orakpo, Reed, Williams.
