Got into this show earlier this week and I'm about 10 episoes in. I absolutely hated Zoey Deschanel before starting this show (maybe because of 500 days of summer and the stupid apple commercials), but I'm starting to warm up to her. The show is hilarious by the way.

It gets pretty stupid. I stopped watching last season because it stopped being funny, but I did watch a few episodes from this season that were better.

Youtube "best of schmidt" pretty much have a 10 minute clip of all Schmidt. Even has season 1 and season 2 and prolly season 3 by now

Schmidt is far and away the best character on the show. It probably would not even be on anymore if it wasn't for him. Nick has some funny moments too as Winston grew on me a bunch in the second season.

I really like Jake Johnson in everything he does except the Dart commercials.
Schmidt is easily the funniest character on the show with Nick being second. Winston was becoming a great character until they brought Coach back and neutered him. They are starting to make him interesting again by having him join the police.

i've always been most partial to winston.
last season was pretty mediocre, but this season has been far better now that something happened on the show that i won't name because it would be a spoiler

he is still weird and isn't where they got him to at a point but he is getting better now that they have something for him to strive for.
