Looks like rolls of steel cable were thrown from the truck's trailer. Saw a photo on Facebook. Quite the clusterfrick.
Traffic is backed up past College and 18-wheelers are having to get off the interstate north of the split and then get back on so traffic on i110N is backed up as well.
