Does anyone have this game? If so, how is it? I had NBA2K14 and played it non-stop for about a week and then never picked it up again. Got tired of some of the terrible animations and not really being able to control the players like I want to.

The animations are much better, I only use my player and there is a lot of new content within that mode.

I enjoy the shite out of it and I hate basketball. It's one of the smoother more realistic sport sims to date IMO. I've never played nba 2k in the past so I have no comparison. But it's a good game

I've never got into the my player, i'm always an offline franchise or online game player. Same with Madden, I usually only play offline franchise or i'm in 1 online franchise that's ran very well.

Online plays sucks on this game IMO. Its the worst online play yet. Playing vs the cpu is fun though.

I burn hours at a time playing the franchise mode.

I play so many different franchises. I can't settle with one and stick with it. I ended up putting legends on teams to make more match ups harder

Is the gameplay different from last years or is it pretty similar?

The gameplay is smoother, but definitely the same bases. The new shooting meter is ok too.
