I could see Sunset, don't know about Forza.

Have they ever released Forza on PC?

Also more people need to play Sunset, it's really good. In my opinion the best game on Xbox One.

Sunset will be awesome on a nice PC. Still need to start new build but I'm waiting for the middle of the generation.

That's a good plan. I built at the end of last generation. Last gen games were much better on PC but there is very minimal difference with current gen right now.

My main focus for the new build is W3, but decided to go ahead and do it now rather than wait. Don't think there is much new hardware coming out between now and Feb that will make a difference.

I may upgrade in a couple of years whenever gsync monitors come down in price, if they ever do.

This. I sort of hope it comes out for PC because it should have sold much better than it did. The game is a ton of fun.

What "generations" are yall talking about? AMD and Nvidia trade blows year round. The best time to upgrade GPUs is always right after a new flagship release by either company, because either A) You're an early adopter of the latest and greatest, or B) You take advantage of the price drops on the older cards.

It's always that way with the new console releases. At first, the PC version is basically console + ambient occlusion, better anti-aliasing, and other little enhancements here and there (this is assuming a normal gaming PC with mid-range graphics, not a behemoth $1500+ rig). But over the next few years PC hardware grossly outpaces the consoles' capabilities. The biggest discriminators have been resolution and framerate. As the current gen consoles get closer to the 1080p/60fps standard, we're getting PC video cards suited for 1440P minimum now. We're less than a couple years away from single-GPU solutions for 4K gaming.

I'm honestly not sure how else the landscape will change this time around. Before, PC ports still had to be written for different architecture, so the performance was a mixed bag depending on how much attention was put into the port. But now the bare minimum effort still results in a passable port but with horribly unoptimized PC enhancements (Ubisoft will always be the exception). As annoying as that is, it gives me hope that over the next few years we'll have some pretty fantastic PC ports that don't require $500 GPUs.
