Best Deer Processor BR Area

Live in New Roads and tried a place last year in Morganza that ruined my deer meat. Looking for suggestions for a good processor around BR area. Willing to drive a ways for the best. Thanks.

My FIL uses Decuir's meat market on Section Road.

Have used Beniots in Addis and Bergerons in Port Allen and liked both. Want to try Kartchners in Krotz Springs next.
