If it's growing, it's alive. If it's alive, it has a right to continue living.

It's British. What does the Constitution have to do with it?

While I agree that we need to reassess when life begins (viability is a shitty standard), it is worth noting that this ultrasound was at 31 weeks, which is 4 weeks into the thirds trimester, which would probably prohibit any kind of abortion.

Except there are still folks out there, like Rex, who believe that third trimester abortion should be legal.

Like i said, i am on your side, but brought up the point for the sake of intellectual honesty.
Third trimester abortions are abhorrent, and are generally more dangerous to the mother than carrying the child to term
Hell that shite is in Roe v Wade

Picture 2 is misleading, it’s obviously a pumpkin.

If you think it's ok to abort that then you have some serious mental issues.

Abortion needs to be a legal medical procedure. I think I'll always believe that. That doesn't mean I think it should be a legal birth control or birth prevention procedure.
In cases where there has been incest, I feel like it's reasonable, and terrible, to have an abortion. In cases where rape was the cause of a pregnancy, again, I feel that it's a reasonable decision to have an abortion, and would understand and not stop a woman from having one. I feel the same in cases where the life of the mother is in danger. It's a decision that I know I couldn't make, either way. To lose my spouse would be horrible and shattering, but so too would be to lose my child. Ultimately, I would have to let my wife decide whether she'd abort or die.
This isn't a subject that we can joke about, or make decisions on flippantly. It's one of the darkest subjects we can discuss, and even in cases where we feel it might be justified can be one of the most heartbreaking.
To use abortion as a means of birth control is perhaps the darkest. Killing for convenience is beyond the pale of immoral or bad. It really does enter the realm of the evil, and the utterly abhorrent.
This is a serious subject. From a moral standpoint, it's probably the most serious one in the world today.

Furthermore, Rex merely thought that late term abortions are "distasteful". That is the word he used.
Distasteful.

I hadn't heard of a bunch of male satanists having abortions but I could have missed it.

Not really. I am reminded of Camille Paglia's writings on abortion. To paraphrase: "It's obviously killing a human being. But so what? We kill millions of human beings all the time."

31 weeks = too late for an abortion. Way too late. Unless the mother's life is in danger.
Looks like the law agrees with you.
