Popped my Modest Mouse cherry this year at Hangout, fricking loved it. We actually camped out for two sets before them, it was painful but totally worth it.

One very forgettable garbage band, and what I can only assume was a Christian rock abortion. Like I said, totally worth it, Modest Mouse did not disappoint.

A little? When I was trying to explain to someone who Built to Spill was the only thing I could come up with was "they're a lot like Modest Mouse, but they came before Modest Mouse". I know, I'm great with words.
