Hey can anyone give me an age on this guy.

His older brother showed up as I was trying to cut my last branch for this view.

Had been in stand for 4 minutes after hanging it. Stepped out of view just as I got my release buckled. Also figured out that I have to stand on one side of the stand to be able to come to full draw. Have to love first time in a new stand. At least I had 11 deer within 30 yards, can't be all bad. 7 in one pic.

Yeah I was thinking young. Hoping he makes it until next year. Could be a stud in a year or two.

2.5, let him come back in 2-3 years
G2s and G3s have some nice height. That's going to be a nice deer!

That cam is just off left edge of the bottom pic. Cut 400 acre bean field. 65 acres of chest high CRP to the back. The stand is on a tiny little island of waste ground that I've been watching deer hang out at for the last 2 weeks. Had 2 more groups blow at me while I was trying to haul the stand up the ladder.

Young 2.5 and a nice 8 point frame to work with...3 years from now you looking at a 150 class deer he will main frame up to a Ten or Twelve and put on considerable mass and tine length. Let him walk he has great potential

Nope, he stopped me driving in to show me. Makes me want to kill the next thing that walks by.

That hurts. That deer would have been a beast and he likely never passed on his genes.

On some of our Missouri turkey trips we drove 65 through NELA along the river and then up through Little Rock. Judging by his username and location I'm thinking it is southeast Arkansas somewhere close to the river. It seems like there is just one giant field for hundreds of miles that looks just like those pictures.
