I've fished out of a 22' LTS, think it's an '08. Love it, deck everywhere so I can move around, I don't sit and fish much. Storage galore and takes waves, rides dry unless you're in some turbulent water.

fuel economy with a 200hp?

He gets really good, has a 150 Honda which is undersized I would think. I would think you'd be happy with a 200's fuel usage if it's a 4 stroke.

150 is undersized but workable. the one i'm looking at is a 2-stroke

My previous boss had a 2003 24 with a yamaha 250hpdi and it was a nice boat just a little stern heavy with the 80 gallon tank in the rear. Ride was decent and layout was pretty nice. They seem to hold their value pretty well too. I am not sure if they used wood or not so check the decks for soft spots.

we keep 60 gallons of gas in it, it's a little slow out the hole, but runs 35-38 @ 4100rpm if i remember correctly. Neither now of us like to hear the motor scream so 4-4500 is what we use to run.

Have no idea, but it's a heavy boat for sure, you'll pay for that 2 stroke in gas. Might be a wash if you don't always have it maxed out, added HP to get up and all..

the new yamaha 200 is a 4 cylinder and is extremely fuel efficient; the previous model was much less so..

very nice boats. What 200 it has? If a vmax then you'll love it.

They are solid boats. I think some law enforcement uses them, so they have to be tough.

LDWF has some of the BIG ones for patrolling out in the gulf. we had one "stop by" before.

The discontinued 22 sea flight was the best bay boat ever made.

200 Yamaha Vmax? If so,bud has one on his 22' Skeeter. Boat does 52-55 all day loaded down with fuel, gear and 3 fishermen.

the one that stopped us was +24' and had twin 300's on the back. we were 70+ miles out.

I used to own the 22 LTS. Loved it. Great boat. Though I'd get the 24' if I went that route again.
ETA I had 225 Suzuki 4-stroke. About 62 WOT and cruised 40-45.
