What do yall think his role will be? Obviously I think he goes to that Woodhead role from last year, but would see more carries that Woodhead did. So is he playabale?

For your troubles....

I think of you were to play him this would be a strong week since he gashed Oakland last time in Oakland. But I don't know about going forward.

Btw. Do you have a younger brother and his name starts with D?

Yea he's my back up plan if Jennings has a setback or isn't ready to go for some reason.

And yes, you know who this is.

I kept mathews stashed so i quickly scooped up oliver at the time. Plan on keeping him as a handcuff. Thinking about playing both of them vs oak though oliver has struggled the last two outings. I am definitely playing mathews

Should I pick up Oliver and start him over Jonathan Stewart this week?

J. Stew is clearly the better back in Carolina. But I don't think he gets all of the receptions that D. Williams does. Also the chargers said Mathews is to get at least 15 touches.

All of that being said id go with Oliver. Only because I think SD will get up big on Oak at home. And they won't run Mathews in garbage time.

They said he will get around 15 touches... And also read that they will ease him back.

So I could see them giving Mathews 12-15 carries this game, see how he does, then go from there.

If you wanna risk starting Oliver with Mathews active and healthy, this might be the best week considering they won't lean on Mathews and they are going up agaianst the Raiders. Plus, even when Mathews was healthy this ear, he got just 11 and 12 carries in 2 games.
