He would laugh in your face. You guys are delirious. Brees is still elite. No QB is perfect, they all make mistakes. We're rolling with him til the wheels fall off. Sorry to disappoint.

Who would we draft?

You can't just say "draft a QB!" if there's no one there.

Oo we aren't gonna draft a new QB but I am starting to question his elite status. He is good for 2 game changing picks a game and another bonehead screw up.

He is the new Tony Romo

Who do you draft? I see no one in college football capable of being an NFL QB. The Spread and read option in college is killing the QB position in my opinion.

As I've said before, Dak comes to mind. Draft him now, let him ride the bench for a couple of years then bring him in. Makes too much sense I guess

Sean Payton sucks and is the reason we're 4-5 instead of 8-1.

Dak isn't gonna be a good NFL qb. He's like a slightly better version of Tebow. He has career back up written all over him. I don't think him learning under Brees will do much of anything to help him either. He's not an NFL qb

Ehh yeah idk about that. Mariota and Winston(even with off field concerns) have the tools to be really good at the next level.

Exactly- People act like there is a 'can't miss' QB just waiting for us to draft. How many teams out there are desperate for even a decent QB? Not to mention, how many 1st round QB's are flops? A starting/star QB- far from being an exact science..

Exactly. Once Drew retires, we won't sniff a Super Bowl for a long time

Hit a Homerun with that answer bumblebee. It is killing the passing qb. Most so called duel threat qbs end up being up no threat qbs. About 4-6 year lifespan, basically until they loose their legs or get hurt, then their done. No Dak won't do it in pros neither will winston. Do you really want another Arron brooks type to follow up a truly elite qb. Some of you guys don't know what ya have but I assure you will when he leaves. We have slow lethargic receivers that are old and slow and most are great value brand guys. Count the number of drops week in week out. Brees takes to many sacks from holding the ball to long, but when guys can't break open what can you do. IMO we had a chance to have a probowl draft and to me it's one of the worst in a decade. We left #1 picks in the 4th to draft #5 guys in the 1st and 2nd. As bad as I hate to say it I dont think we see another sb with Drew.

At the time, would any of you have taken Elway over Marino?

Plus look at all the first round QBs taken since Drew came to NOLA.... How many would you wish we had drafted? Basically Luck, Wilson, and maaaaaybe Kaapernick? And as good as Wilson and luck are, it will still probably be Another Super Bowl featuring vets like Brady, Manning, or Rodgers. None of the hotshot rookies taken in the last three or four years are getting anywhere near the Super Bowl.

Ime with you guys, there isn't any good qbs anymore at the college level. They are all running backs converted to qbs cause they can run. Schools now want running backs that throw to open receivers aka backyard football, rather than passing qbs that throw guys open and read defenses. I don't get it.

Winston is too stupid to speak like a human....he will struggle at the next level reading complex defenses.

Winston will be the first man to score a negative on the Wonderlic. I guess Mariota is the guy in this draft but he's far from a sure thing.
