Apparently the new return policy for games is you have to exchange the game for the same one. "Even tho the game is still sealed". No one in the store today could give me an answer about it and I called corporate about it and they don't know what the hell to do either....

Bribg it to wal mart with no recepit and they will give you a gift card.

just called wal-mart and they said they need a proof of purchase b/c it is an electronic item.

Unless you put up a lot of fuss or get an ignorant cashier, the return policy with video games at walmart is as followed:
- No receipt, no returns or exchanges at all
- Sealed game, with receipt -- full refund
- Opened game, with receipt -- identical exchange
- No receipt, no returns or exchanges at all

Wal mart price matches, will they deal match? then you could get games and have a receipt from wal mart to return... not sure if they will, just an option to try...

I've scratched a GTA disk (that I bought at GameStop) on accident before and took it to Walmart told them that it was a gift so no reciep and it was like that outta the box, they let me exchange it for a brand new GTA no questions asked. Now idk how it works if you want to exchange for a different game
