Chicago for the game

I'll be in Chicago for the game and plan to go to the Standard Bar and Grill. Any advise on when to get there and the crowd, food, drinks, etc.? I've seen here and on their site it is definitely an LSU bar. I will be alone so I would appreciate being around tiger fans for this game.

If you're by yourself, you can usually get a spot at the bar less than an hour before kickoff. Not sure how crazy it'll be for Bama though.
They have Abita Amber on tap as a special. The Cortland Street burger is pretty good too, albeit a tad messy.

Thanks. That is what I was hoping for. I'll plan to be there for at least 6:00 - I wonder if they have Andy gator and purple haze? I love my Barneys for the game. I'll make due with any Abita

Definitely have Purple Haze bottles. I asked for Andygator before and the bartender didn't know what I was talking about.
