Gay marriage because the SC will make it unconstitutional to ban it eventually.

Louisiana's prison complex loves the marijuana laws so those aren't changing anytime soon here unfortunately.

Neither. La doesn't have an initiative process. La ruled by special interests: LABi and fundamentalist groups primarily. They will oppose and are stronger than any pro- group.
Initiatives are the way to overcome special interests

Gay marriage.

The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals upholding a gay marriage ban today created a split amongst the circuit courts only made it inevitable that the Supreme Court of the United States will legalize it in a year or less.
