Since the BCS is over, what was the worst team to make one of the bowls?

I'm going with 2 Big East Fiesta Bowl teams
Pitt with Rutherford at QB that lost to Utah and UConn that won a a tiebreaker to get the chance to get hammered by OU.

Hawaii or UConn

ETA: That Pitt team was pretty bad also. I take it back, its either Uconn or Pitt.

'07-'08 hawaii was terrible, but to be fair that georgia team was the absolute worst case scenario for them

Hawaii was really not that bad. They just got a terrible match up.

I don't think it's fair to say Hawaii

They probably played the 2nd best team in the country in Georgia. Had they played Kansas or Virginia tech, they would have been more competitive.

no they weren't. their offense was really good. they just weren't a good match for team who was good enough for the championship that year.

NIU was better than UConn and Pitt

Cincy had no chance after Kelly left and Tebow and crew wanting to make a statement after losing to Bama. Iirc they went to back to back BCS games an Orange and the Sugar.

It's uconn. Hawaii really wasn't a bad team. They just ran into a buzz saw

Hawai'i beat Washington and Boise that year, which is more than that UConn team could say

The Wake team that went to Orange Bowl had who on it? They were 10-2 but can not recall anyone on that team.
