Staff parking after leaving LSU

Hi
I was an LSU employee until the beginning of the fall and I got the annual staff parking permit which shows to be valid till Aug 2015. I no longer work at LSU, but I come to campus on occasion, so I was just wondering if I could still use my permit. Is it valid until its expiration date, or they cancel it once the employee leave LSU? Any experience? Thank you.
* p.s.1: I know that the annual student permits work after students' graduation, but that might have a different story (because students pay for the permit, but staff permits are free).
* p.s.2: I can ask the parking office, but I'm afraid that it is valid now, but they cancel it once I tell them! ;)

You are a real piece of work. I for one am glad someone with your obvious lack of morals is no longer educating our children.

The permit is probably fine since they only look for the right colors/design but your wand my night still work.

to answer your douchelike question... good luck getting past the parking barriers. And sure, park in the commuter lot, or pay a couple $$ and park next to the building since you come here seldom.

We're not going to be complicit in your crime.

Your permit is fine. Good luck accessing the inner campus without a wand though.

Well, to answer a couple of negative replies... I come to the campus a couple of times a months, and my staff permit is already for the commuter lot only. I have used that so far with no problem, but I was afraid of getting a ticket. I just asked for any helpful experience, not criticizing my morals. I "was" an employee, but If I occasionally come to the campus that's for LSU related jobs not for fun...
I was not fired by the way :)

I'm sure they won't run your plates if it still says it's valid.. I mean think about the people who are doing the job... really think about it.

If you don't want to ask for permission, ask for forgiveness and be prepared to face any consequences. That's the way shite works.

Try it at one gate and if it doesn't work go to another gate and tell the gate ladies that you have samples to drop off to a lab on campus and they let you right in. Since you tag is right you won't get any questions.

Yep. I did the same shite years ago when they first started putting those gates up.
