Who is better at making adjustments at the half...Saban or Miles? My guess is Saban but not really sure. What are your thoughts on this? I think the game may come down to that. Thanks!

Gray Tiger, I'm not trying to troll....just serious question. I was trying to think back to games where I've seen either or both coach make significant halftime adjustments and was asking for opinions on that.

true, no one has done a better job of half time adjustments than Miles. The facts speak for themselves. Saben is very middle of the pack at coaching and gets his victories from the superior talent that he has recruited.

What you are doing is trying to crank up another Miles/Saban thread.

As cool as that is, it's not as cool as throwing some people out of a job because they went to Ole Miss. Now THAT'S a cool fantasy.

No, miles wins those games because he knows that, regardless of the score at the half, or at the end of the third, the opponent will be whipped by the 4th qtr...it's the Ali rope-a-dope strategy

I think the first possession for each team to start the 2nd half may be very significant. Saban loves to play the field position game. Has always amazed me that he never seems to have a very good kicking game. I am looking for LSU to play loose and comfortable. I just hope that we don't get up on Bama and then play tight trying not to lose (ala the Yeldon screen pass )

I've heard that while in High School Miles once got on the roof during halftime to adjust the aerial to better pick up a Mieech-she-gain game.

I'm thinking that's a pretty good halftime adjustment.

Last 3 games vs bama it's been Saban.
