Someone just dropped him in a league. Is he worth grabbing and having hold up a bench spot? I have Parkey currently.

He's the best fantasy kicker by far. What do you think?

I think I should but projections have Parkey projected to finish with more points to end the season. So I dunno. Parkey is right up there with him but he is by far the best in the league.

I have him and I'm just rolling with no kicker this week.

To me, him and Vinateiri are the two best. I'm dropping Garcon and holding on the Vin. I don't care what people say, kickers are important too, especially when they're as good as those two have been.

would you drop Jammal Charles? Lesean McCoy? Eddie Lacy?

He has more points than all of those guys.

You don't drop Gostkowski. He's a top 50 players right now, including QBs and averaging almost 14 points a game. That's including his terrible 2 point performance on MNF.

People laughed at me when I said I drafted Gostkowski way early after I had my team set. That's a 3-5 point advantage over most teams every week

Gostkowski has been so money for my team. I'm in a pickle where I want to keep him but I can't afford to drop anyone else at this point.

Um. No. Kinda banking on Romo coming back and giving me 20ish a game. If not, I'm fricked. Can't rely on Joique anymore. Had to upgrade my 2nd RB position.

I can roll with Dalton for a week or two while Romo heals.

OP, sorry for the hijack.

Kickers generally lead the league in scoring, is this not common knowledge?

9 kickers right now are on pace to score 144 or more points. That's based on ppg averages, so bye weeks are out.

In a PPR league, all 9 would be in the Top 100 RB/WR/TE.

I'm not sure if you setting, but kickers don't lead the league in scoring in my leagues.

Gostkowski has a (4-5) point advantage over every kicker except (2)Vinateri, (3)Tucker, (3)Bailey and (3) Parkey. I've won and lost some games within 4-5 points before.

In that number.

No way I'd drop Gostkowski. I'm holding onto Vinnie even though I had to give up a roster spot to draft another kicker for this week. Kickers like those, that are on high octane offenses, are irreplaceable IMO.

Anyone that overlooks the kicker spot is not actually good at fantasy football.
