OK, looks like the grand jury won't indict. Looks like the DOJ won't pursue the case. So, where does the mom turn for justice?

Even though her son appears to have been the cause of this whole thing, it's not easy to lose a child. Unfortunately, she's allowing herself to be used by others with an agenda.

I agree. Here is Alan West's take on it.

This is exactly why her and Rev Al are taking it to the UN. What a fricking joke.

And then the UN will write a letter to the police telling them how angry they are.

The UN literally has no place in the modern world.

I don't really blame her. Even if your kid sucks, he's still your kid.

But Al Sharpton can frick right off.

yes, i feel sorry for the mother. IMHO, she shouldn't be judged at this point, its still grief. It can really frick your judgement up.

Not really. Judging by the fight she got in with her cousins over T-Shirt sales, I think she is quite capable of using and abusing the situation all on her own.

Dear God. Perhaps more time spent teaching the young man right from wrong during his formative years would have benefited the boy. Not this! Where was this woman when Michael Brown was learning his thug ways - assaulting a storekeeper, then a policeman. Give me a break.

If something similar happened to you and your cousins tried to make a profit on it, you wouldn't want to fight?

If I recall correctly, she was screaming about who had the shirts trademarked. Sorry but profiting off of the death of a child is wrong, and by her own comments, it appears she was angry someone was cutting into her profit.

I feel bad for her in the sense that she's being very publicly used by the race pimps to have the spotlight turned to them once again, only this time on an international stage. It's going to be embarrassing to watch these idiots plead their case in front of a UN council.

I think she'd trademarked the name. I'd do the same in her situation, given that people would try to profit off of it.

Here's a question for ya'll; it was obviously a just shooting or Wilson would have already been rope dragged across town.

The Justice Dept couldn't find anything wrong or Holder would still be there pandering to his base.

Why in the hell did the police chief resign if no one did anything wrong? That just blows my mind.

People are taking advantage of her grief to exploit the death of her son for a political cause.

I'm sorry, but she had to be aware of her son's character deficiencies. Where has she expressed grief for the people her son's crappy behavior damaged? Do you think she offered to make restitution to the store owner her son stole from? I don't give a rat's arse for her grief. I see a woman who wants to profit from the circumstances, and I'd rather see evidence of shame for the woeful job she did as a parent.

If she trademarked or patented the name to block people then I have no beef with it.

If she is selling shirts herself to profit off of the death of her kid then I do think that is twisted.

The grandmother and cousin selling the shirts should be tar and feathered and exiled forever.

I honestly think she was more upset over someone other than her making bank off the situation. I could be wrong. But that is how I see it.

She might have tried her best to raise the guy and just could not do it. But that does not stop the fact that he was a POS and ended up paying the ultimate price. If she really wants justice, she should use this as an example to teach other youth about the cost of living the thug life.

Why didn't she spend as much effort making sure her son wasn't smoking dope and gang banging, then maybe this young man might have had respect for others property and for law enforcement.
