Many of us have known it for years but libs shrugged it off.

Maybe they will get the concept now that it affects their pet projects.

quote:

Woolhiser first opened shop in 2010, selling medical marijuana. He started selling recreational pot when it became legal in Colorado at the start of this year. Last year, his business didn't earn a profit. Had he been selling anything but cannabis, he would not have owed federal income tax, as he ended up with a loss.

quote:

"It's almost like they want us to fail," said Mitch Woolhiser, while walking through his store called Northern Lights Cannabis Co.

It's not just you Mitch, they want a lot of us to fail.

You think taxes are good?

They should be 300% then.

The Feds have never really bought into the marijuana legalization movement and they really are trying to kill it. First they were raiding shops in states that had legalized, then they were threatening banks doing business with marijuana sellers....so it's no surprise that they'd use the tax code to drive the sellers out of business. Gotta keep that drug war business going somehow!

they work for Holer/Obumma so it's no surprise they do what they do to make a fast buck, they are no more than elected thieves ripping off your sensimilla dollars. Sorry potheads you though "hope and change" was gonna be good for your buzz but it was only another great big drag from the man.

There's a reason why the state of New York has commercials advertising 10 year tax havens for moving there.

All businesses and profit should belong to the Govt. Everything is free and rationed equally for everyone. How much and how nice of things you get depend on overall productivity of the nation
