Best gym to join in the LSU/lakes area.

I used to belong to southdowns and foxys. Haven't been at it in a while.
Any recommendations? Prices?

Never been to the UFC gym or heard anything about it. I would imagine though that it would be full of the biggest tap out and affliction bros in BR because of the name.

The UFC gym looks intriguing. I would consider that that if I lived in BR. But I'm not into the weights or getting bigger.
