Something popped up on my FB feed that listed the candy type, calories, sugar and fat, then had a column of what you would have to do to work it off, depressing.

Yeah I feel like shite and will be at the gym at 8am tomorrow

When I was a little boy, my grandfather gave me the key to the vending machines at his business. All I ate were whatchamacallits and paydays, with a Sundrop to wash it down.
