The government pays scientists and members of the military millions of dollars to make claims like this as a form of misinformation war. People like Boyd Bushman do this to increase their family wealth. They're government agents thru-and-thru.

My aunt is an employee for Lockheed and has been to Groom Lake several times. While I know she'll never tell me straight up, I'm pretty sure there are no aliens there.

I believe that there is some kind life out there besides our own, more advanced or less I don't know. They haven't come here and interacted with us though. That's just silly

Not really. When the incentive is there, and the collaboration of great minds occurs, just about anything is possible.
I agree but we haven't seen anything like what happened back then. If anything, the incentive to mine asteroids is strong enough that we should be knocking this out soon enough. You'd think that billions of dollars would make it happen though.
