Presumably if Louisville had beaten FSU they'd have been no better than 19

And if WVU beats TCU this week, they won't jump us either

Get over it. No one it making any playoff/bowl selections based upon the Oct 28th rankings. Or for that matter this upcoming week's rankings

19th is an absolute fricking joke. Why should we even schedule tough teams if that's the case.

Where would you rank us?

Sure, we should probably be ranked a tad bit higher, but it doesn't really matter at his point. I certainly wouldn't get too worked up over it.

We win out, we'll be top 10 and in a good bowl.

With a lot of luck, we could even compete for the SEC title and playoffs, but until some things start falling our way I wouldn't even consider that possibility.

If only we had a good opponent left on the schedule where a win for the Tigers could make some big waves in the polls.

I too wish the SEC West had some higher ranked teams, but until our conference can do something nationally we won't get the respect we want.

We don't have a chance to make the playoff it doesn't matter what we are ranked.

We also look really bad in both our losses and barely beat the dumpster fire that is UF.

If we win out the polls will take care of themselves as always. Polls mean nothing this early.

When a team goes on the road on a night during the course of a week that is Thursday, it can be a burden for that group of guys fighting to remain in an undefeated situation. A loss for that group of men would have been what those of us would call an upset, but I believe, and I have heard this, that that committee has a job that requires ratings of teams that may have a mistake in their quality body of work.

Certainly there is a desire on my part to see my team in a position to be rated as the football team that they are, which I believe is a quality one, but there is a time that will come in defeating an opponent next week that will put us closer to the position we would find most agreeable.

This!! 19th is fine. Could we talk our way to 18th? 17th? Fine.

Top 15 with our resume'? Not a chance.
