Which 3 to start NON-PPR

Le'veon Bell vs Baltimore #7 ranked rush d
Jamaal Charles vs NYJ #6 ranked rush d
Andre Ellington vs DAL #23 ranked rush d
Mark Ingram vs Car #31 ranked rush d
I definitely want to start Ingram, but i don't know who to take out. Ellington gets a shite ton of touches, you can not bench Jamaal Charles, and Bell is one of the best fantasy backs in the league.
BTW my WRs are Dez, Randle, Colston, Fitzgerald, Floyd(AZ).
