It's the Chicago Cubs.....does it even remotely matter who "coaches" this historically crappy franchise ?
The only "solution" to this organizations decades long mismanagement {and many other US pro sports teams}, is to establish some sort of European relegation system !

It kills me. I barely like the WGN Cubs fans as it is. After next season every casual fan and red sox/Yankees/heat fan will have been a lifelong suffering Cubs fan.
Makes me wanna gag. You werent here when Steve Garvey broke our hearts or for 8/8/88.
God I hope the Yankees or Red Sox are good next year. Hopefully alot will stay on those band wagons.

Its not you guys from out of state im talking about. There are alot of true hardcore longsuffering Cubs fans in the South and especially Louisiana to my surprise.
You just know its gonna be sick with all the brand new Ryne Sandberg throwback jerseys from yuppies who couldn't have given a shite about the Cubs the past 10 years.
So many people will share the joy but wouldn't share in the pain.
