Wonder if he would have played for us this year. I realize he is a ridiculous talent, but I just didn't see him taking one of our 2 tackle spots. Probably could have started at C or RG? Oh well, idc. It was a no brainer for him to go to Bama.

He would have started next year at left tackle for sure..I'm not celebrating his injury but if someone HAS to get injured I much rather it be a kid that sold out his home state to play for the bitter rivals.

I here that Louisiana players that go to Alabama get taunted all the time at their own school. They have to defend themselves and their home town and state all the time.
We have Alabama players on our team and we don't give them shite. The guys in the locker room might mess with them a bit but we don't. I.E. Andy Dodd. He had to come into the game as the 3rd center and helped us pull out a win.

People who bring up NE LA players not going to LSU don't know what the hell they're talking about. This is the 1st year since the early 90s that there hasn't been AT LEAST one player from West Monroe playing for LSU.
